"All IDSE officers  are requested to get their annual subscription Rs. 20/- deducted from July 10 pay bill.  The recovery is to be shown in the pay bill under head "NON GOVERNMENT DEPOSIT". The CDA concerned will send the cheque to DDOs in their Public Fund Account. The DDOs will send the DD/Cheque to the IDSE ASSOCIATION."
